If you do not make a reservation for your visits, park admission is NOT guaranteed. Kids 2 and under do not require a reservation.

How do I make a reservation for Elitch Gardens?

Select one of the options below, then follow the steps listed.

1. Currently have a Season Pass!

Do you have an Elitch Gardens Season Pass or Pre-K Pass? 

  1. Be sure to check Park Hours before beginning your reservation! 
  2. Click "Season Pass Reservation" to schedule your visit. 
  3. Enter your season pass number if already activated into EZ-Band wristband. Enter voucher number if not yet activated. Where do I find this?
  4. Select your desired date and time. NOTE: If the date/time you want is not available - check back as inventory may change daily. 
  5. Enter the required guest info. 
  6. Visit our guest responsibility page for important info to know before your visit. 
  7. To enter the park, the pass holder must show season pass and reservation confirmation.

Reservation System FAQs

I bought a Season pass so I could visit whenever I want. Why do I have to make a reservation?

First off, we thank you for being a season pass holder. In these unprecedented times and for the time being, reservations will be required for all guests. Social distancing guidelines are limiting the amount of guests we can allow to enter the park at any one time and also the amount of guests that can be in the park at one time.  As a result, Pass holders will be required to reserve their date and time they wish to visit the park to adhere to capacity restrictions. 

I am a Season Pass holder. Do I have to purchase something to make a reservation?

No. The Season Pass visitation reservation is complimentary and required for admission. 

How many Season Pass reservations can I make?

Season Pass holders can make one (1) reservation to visit the park at a time. Once you have used your reservation to visit the park, you will have the ability to make another. At this time, reservations can only be made through May 23. 

I am a Season Pass Holder and am not sure where to find my pass number.

Do I need a reservation for anyone younger than 3?

Children ages 2 and under do not require a reservation or an admission ticket for entry. Only Season Pass and ticketed guests ages 3 and older require a reservation for entry.

Does each person have to reserve individually, or can my entire party reserve at the same time?

Everyone in your party requires a reservation. Children ages 2 and under do not require a reservation or ticket for entry. 

Season Pass holders can make reservations for their entire visiting party at the same time as long as they have all EZ-Band numbers or voucher numbers. 

Is there a time limit to my visit?

There is no limit for your reserved date. You can arrive and stay until closing time if you wish. Be sure to check out our park hours!

Can I make a reservation on the day I am visiting?

Yes, reservations can be made on the day of your visit but are subject to availability based on capacity.

I am a Season Pass Holder and the day I would like to visit is filled up. Will additional inventory be added?

Inventory will be closely monitored and adjusted based on demand and available capacity. We invite guests to check back frequently as inventory will be adjusted on a daily basis.

If a day is completely booked, will there be a waitlist?

There is not a waitlist, however, guests should continue to check the reservation site, as inventory may change.

What happens if I change my plans or want to cancel/ change my reservation?

When booking your reservations, please be as certain as you can possibly be that you can honor your reservation because it affects the ability of others to visit the park.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please email us at [email protected] with your reservation date/time information. 

If you wish to change your reservation, please notify our team at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation by emailing your changes to [email protected] All changes are based on availability. 

Why are reservations only through May 23?

The reservation system is currently set up to reflect the park’s most current situation regarding allowed capacities.

Stay tuned for more updates in early May for more reservation dates. 

What happens if I show up early or late for my reservation?

All reservations are for a 15-minute period. We understand that traffic and other factors may alter your arrival time a bit. However, if a guest is more than 30 minutes early or 30 minutes late for their reservation time, we cannot guarantee park admission. 

What do I need to present on the day of my visit.

Any admission to the park requires a Season Pass or ticket plus a reservation confirmation email for each person wanting to visit. Please either print and bring with you the confirmation email you received with your reservation or display it on your mobile device and be prepared to present it at the park’s ticketing gate.

Can I still use a Bring A Friend ticket?

Yes, as long as it is within the date restrictions on the ticket. However, reservations will not be required for Season Pass Bring-a-Friend tickets. We hold a certain number of spaces each day based on Season Pass attendance so your guest can enter with you. Admission will be based on availability. 

Bring a Friend tickets are NOT valid in April or May.
