The Mind Eraser is a monster coaster that suspends riders (legs and feet dangling) and blasts them through rollovers, dives and double corkscrew spins at speeds greater than 50 mph.

The Mind Eraser occupies the land formerly used for a mine train-themed ride. It is also one of the three major new rides that Elitch Gardens introduced in 1997. The other two rides were Shipwreck Falls and Tower of Doom. But that’s not it—Island Kingdom Water Park also opened in 1997.
