Last Halloweekend at Elitch Gardens
Fright Fest Thrills & Chills End on Sunday
DENVER, CO (October 23, 2018) – Calling all trick or treaters, thrill seekers, big top freaks and ghost blasters! Elitch Gardens celebrates this Halloween weekend with fun and scares for all. Guests can enjoy Family by Day fun and Fright by Night screams. Plus, all your favorite theme park rides like Mind Eraser and more!
On the last day of thrills and chills for the season, the park is looking for the TOP ghost blaster to help us rid the area of menacing ghosts, before we take the ride on Meow Wolf’s Kaleidoscape in 2019. From 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. guests can enter the Ghost Blasters Challenge. The highest scorer will receive two 2019 Season Passes, one original Ghost Blaster and a bonus surprise item. Details at ElitchGardens.com/ghostblasterchallenge/
Families can bring their little ghosts and goblins for Family by Day activities from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The kiddos should be dressed to impress in their Halloween costumes for the daily costume contest and to find free candy on the Trick or Treat Trail in Kiddieland. Other activities for the little monsters include creepy crafts, scary-oke and a scream-it-out contest.
After the sun sets, Fright by Night comes alive! The Enigma Live is back to perform multiple shows throughout the evening on the Big Wheel Stage featuring the most dangerous of feats you must see to believe. The mayhem begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Guests should prepare to be scared in the park’s three haunted attractions and pursued in the park-wide TERRORtorries. Fright by Night is recommended for visitors over 12 years of age.
With only three days remaining in the exciting 2018 season at Elitch Gardens, the final weekend for thrills is one you don’t want to miss! Fright Fest is free with park admission while some haunted attractions are an additional charge.
