Is the concert general admission?
Unless a guest has purchased a VIP ticket, the concert is general admission.

How do I purchase VIP Tickets?
VIP tickets can be purchased on Elitch Gardens.com while supplies last. Coming soon!
VIP does not include park admission or a meet & greet. VIP is only early admission into the arena and front of stage access.

Where is the VIP Section located?
The VIP Section is located directly in front of the stage.

Is there an ADA section?
VIP includes early entry into the area and a preferred standing room only section near the front of the stage.

How do I purchase a meet and greet for the band?
Elitch Gardens does not sell meet and greet passes for the shows. The park holds contests on the social media pages the week prior to each show. Some artists choose to sell meet and greets through their website and management. Please refer to them.

What is the seating like?
Seating is stadium seating with bleachers and standing room on the ground level of the arena.

What time should I get in line?
The Elitch Arena holds 8500 guests, so generally you do not have to wait in line for shows as the arena is so large. Guests can lineup at any time once the park is open at the arena however.

What time do the doors open?
Doors open an hour before show time. This is subject to change.

What time does the show start?
All shows begin at 7pm unless there is an opening act or the concert is on Sunday.

How is the concert free?
The concert admission is considered free because it is included in your admission to the theme park.

Can we bring camp chairs?
No, unfortunately camp chairs are not permitted inside the arena.

Is there food and drink for sale in the arena?
Yes, there is food available for purchase in the arena.

Do they accept meal plans in the arena?
Meal plans and EZ Band stored value are not accepted in the arena for purchases. However, cash and credit cards are accepted.

Do concerts get cancelled due to rain?
All concerts are considered rain or shine. However, if there is lighting detected within five miles of the venue the concert will be put on hold until further notice. Guests should check our social media platforms i.e. Facebook and Twitter for weather updates concerning the concert’s cancellation or scheduled performance. Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

Where is will call?
The will call office is located outside of the main entrance of the park, directly to the right of the security turnstiles.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed in the concert arena. It is only permitted in designated smoking areas. These can be found via an Elitch Gardens park map. They are also clearly marked throughout the park.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed unless they are considered a service dog with proper documentation.
