Elitch Gardens Donation Program:
Thank you for considering Elitch Gardens Theme Park to assist in your fundraising efforts.
All donation requests will need to be received via our online application only and 60 days prior to the event in order to be accepted. We are only able to accommodate one donation request per organization per year. Visit Elitch Gardens’ donation page to submit your online request(s). *PLEASE NOTE – The Contact Info you provide on the request page is where and to whom your donation will be mailed. When prompted to complete your Contact Info, you will need to enter your information as exactly as it should appear on the mailing envelope. No telephone, letter, e-mail or faxed requests will be accepted.
Please Note: Unfortunately, we will not be issuing requested tickets for events taking place between the months of October through April. We understand that your event will be held during our off season, but we can currently only accept donation requests that will be used during our operating days and hours. We do not start printing our tickets until we open each season in May, therefore we cannot be issuing your organization valid tickets ahead of time. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.
