DRESS CODE
We ask that our guests dress appropriately for our family theme park environment. Shirts, shorts and shoes are required at all times in the main section of the park.  In the water park section, proper swim attire is required.  For the safety of our guests, we do not allow bandanas with the "tear drop" pattern to be worn in the park.  Clothing with offensive material will be asked to be removed at our discretion.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Because Denver has such wonderful weather, we rarely have to shut down for weather concerns.  Safety is our top priority and we will close the rides in case of severe weather -- but they will re-open as soon as storms pass. Elitch Gardens offers a return admission ticket if the weather causes all of the following rides to close longer than 90 consecutive minutes: Twister II, Mind Eraser, Boomerang, Flying Coaster, Half Pipe and Island Kingdom Water Park.

You must present your original Elitch Gardens ticket stub to the Guest Relations window in order to receive a rain check.

Elitch Gardens tickets are non-refundable.

Season pass holders are not eligible to receive a rain check.

Once rides resume operation, rain checks will no longer be issued.

During inclement weather may we suggest visiting one of our indoor shows, gift shops or restaurant locations.

TICKET OPTIONS
Depending on which day you visit, a ticket includes admission to the theme park, the Island Kingdom Water Park,* and Fright Fest. It includes unlimited rides and shows.** Pricing is determined by height.
*Island Kingdom Water Park is open May to September. Exact dates TBD.
**XLR8R, Climbing Wall and Slingshot are extra charge attractions.

SEASON PASSES
Season passes are an outstanding value!  For one low price, you will gain admission to Elitch Gardens.  Each season pass holder will also receive a coupon book with over $1,000 in savings, including discounts on food, merchandise and parking. You may purchase your season pass on-line today!

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Outside food and beverage are not permitted; however, guests may bring in clear water bottles and sports drinks.  Picnic facilities are in the parking lot for your convenience.

SMOKING
Elitch Gardens is a smoke-free environment.  Smoking in children's areas, ride lines or in the waterpark is prohibited.  Specific designated smoking areas can be found on our park map.

ADMISSION PRICE
At Elitch Gardens all of the attractions -- including awesome rides, spectacular shows, the Island Kingdom Water Park, special events and the fun atmosphere -- are included in the park admission. The rides are only part of what we have to offer; therefore we ask that all guests pay admission when coming to the park.
