What is Coasters for Caring?
Coasters for Caring is a great way to raise money for your nonprofit organization. With the help of PARC Foundation, Elitch Gardens is offering discounted admission tickets to benefit local organizations. This opportunity is a unique and fun way for nonprofit organizations to raise money and awareness.
Participation in this program means that you have the opportunity to sell discounted tickets at the price of $19.99 per person-the best price of the season! For each ticket you sell, keep $5 for your organization! You are not required to pay any money up front and are only responsible for the tickets that you do sell. We will provide all tickets and promotional materials for the selling process.
Register for Coasters by Caring by downloading the Participation Agreement. Once you have filled out the agreement, please scan and email it back to CoastersforCaring@elitchgardens.com or fax it to 303.572.4535.
When filling out your registration form, make sure to include the contact name for your organization’s team leader. Your team leader should have a valid email address programmed to accept emails from CoastersforCaring@elitchgardens.com . That majority of communication taking place will be through email. Once your registration form is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Soon after, your tickets will be sent via FedEx and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Please allow 5 business days for delivery once your form is sent in.
You can download the Pre-Order Form to sell tickets before you receive them in the mail.
